Danteshwari Temple
Ma Danteshwari Temple at Jagdalpur is an ancient temple build by the king of bastar in 14th centuary.It is said to be one of the 52 sacred Shakti peethas of the Hindu Mythology. It is situated in Dantewada, a town situated 80 km form Jagdalpur Tehsil, Chhattisgarh. It is pleasant to watch the temple during the famous Dusshera festival season when thousands of tribals from surrounding villages and jungles gather here to pay homage to the goddess, when her idol was taken out of that ancient Danteshwari temple and then taken around the city in an elaborate procession
Anthropological Museum

Chitrakoot Waterfalls

Kutumsar Caves
Kutumsar caves, considered one of the longest caves in the world, is situated in the Kanger Valley National Park in Baster and runs as much as 250 meters bellow the ground. The cave is divided into five chambers which have several blind wells all except one covered with a sheet of rock that,when struck, gives hollow sound. At the very end of the main cave lies the naturally formed Shiva ling and every year on Maha Shivratri hordes of locals climb down to offer prayers. The caves were discovered around 1958 by geographer Shankar Prasad Tiwari.
Tirathgarh Falls
The Teerathgarh falls is a block type waterfall on the Kanger River. The water plunges 91 metres in a single drop. It is located at a distance of 35 kilometres wouth-west of jagdalpur. The fall is surrounded by greenery as it is located in the forest which enhances the beauty of the fall. One can take taxi from Jagdalpur to fall.
Kanger Valley National Park
The park is one of the most beautiful and densest National Park. is famous for its unique and diverse flora and fauna including the majestic tigers. Indravati National Park
Indravati National Park is the most famous wildlife parks of Chhattisgarh. Also the only Tiger Reserve in the state, The park derives its name from the Indravati River. Indravati attained the status of a National Park in 1981 and a Tiger Reserve in 1983 under the famous Project Tiger of India, to become one of the most tiger reserves of India.
